Six systems.
One conversation.
Every Unisol home is engineered as a set of systems that talk to each other — not six vendors, six contracts, six afterthoughts. This is how each one actually works.
Structure
Every Unisol home starts below the surface — foundations poured with bacterial concrete admixtures, self-healing microorganisms that seal micro-cracks as they form. Combined with IS 456 compliant RCC framing, the structure is engineered to outlast typical construction by decades, not years.
- Bacterial concrete self-healing admixtures
- IS 456 compliant RCC frame
- Seismic-rated foundation design
- Registered 10-year warranty at handover
Skin
The building envelope is treated as living infrastructure, not decoration. Vertical gardens and breathable facade materials regulate surface temperature passively, cutting heat gain before it ever reaches conditioned space — reducing the load on every system behind it.
- Living green wall provision
- Breathable, low-VOC facade materials
- Passive solar shading by orientation
- Reduced urban heat-island contribution
Climate
Solar-integrated glazing generates supplementary power while flooding interiors with daylight tuned to circadian rhythm. Orientation, glazing ratio and shading are calculated per plot — not templated — so every room gets the right light at the right time of day.
- BIPV solar-integrated glazing
- Circadian-tuned lighting design
- Site-specific solar orientation modelling
- HEPA + carbon fresh-air filtration
Water
Rainwater harvesting feeds a whole-home softening and multi-stage reverse osmosis system, so water quality is identical at the kitchen tap, the outdoor tap and everywhere between — not just at the point of entry.
- Rainwater harvesting to storage
- Whole-home water softening
- Multi-stage reverse osmosis
- Greywater recycling provision
Energy
Smart automation and on-site generation work as one loop — lighting, climate and security respond to how residents actually live, not a fixed schedule, while solar generation offsets a measurable share of annual consumption.
- Whole-home smart automation
- On-site solar generation
- Adaptive lighting & climate scheduling
- Real-time energy monitoring app
Mind
Wellbeing is specified into the floor plan, not added afterward. Biophilic layouts, acoustic insulation and dedicated quiet zones are constraints the architectural team designs around from the first concept sketch.
- Biophilic layout planning
- Acoustic insulation package
- Dedicated quiet / focus zones
- Natural, low-tox material palette
