The self-healing mechanism works continuously: as hairline cracks develop from thermal movement or settling, dormant bacteria embedded in the concrete mix activate on contact with moisture and precipitate calcite, sealing the crack before it can propagate. This is combined with a full seismic-rated foundation design and a registered 10-year structural warranty — not a verbal assurance, a document issued at handover.
