Below is exactly what our construction scope covers, the standards we build to, and honest market benchmarks so you can judge any quote you receive.

Structural Work
The complete reinforced concrete frame — columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls — engineered to IS 456 / IS 13920 seismic standards. Includes rebar, formwork, casting, and curing.

Brickwork & Masonry
External and internal walls using fly-ash bricks, AAC blocks, or conventional burnt clay bricks laid in cement mortar. Includes lintels, plaster, and waterproof coating at basement and plinth levels.

Roofing
Roof slab, waterproofing membrane, thermal insulation, and terrace finishing. For sloped roofs: timber/steel trusses, roof tiles, or sheet cladding. Includes expansion joints and overflow outlets.

Electrical
Full electrical installation from main panel (DB) through sub-panels, conduits, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting points, and earthing. Includes provisions for AC, solar panel readiness, and EV charging points.

Plumbing
Water supply (hot and cold), drainage, sanitary fittings, overhead tank, sump, borewell connections, and sewage lines. Includes provisions for rainwater harvesting and grey-water reuse systems.

Waterproofing
Applied at terraces, wet areas (bathrooms, kitchen), sunken portions, basements, and external walls. A dedicated waterproofing layer, not an afterthought — the single biggest source of post-construction defects when skipped.

Painting & Finishing
Interior and exterior paint systems on plastered surfaces, including primer, putty, and 2–3 coats of finish. Includes door and window frames, ironmongery, and all final snagging.

All Unisol homes are built to IS 456 / IS 13920 standards with NABL-tested materials and a written structural warranty, regardless of tier.
